Mr Vishal Prakash is an Assistant Professor of Geography at Shivharsh Kisan P.G. College in Basti, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his M.Sc in Geography and B.Ed from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, and M.Ed from GuruGhasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University) Bilaspur, Chhattishgarh, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Geography from Siddharth University, Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh on A Geographical Analysis of Socioeconomic Conditions of Scheduled Caste in Basti District. He has experience of more than four years in the field of teaching. His research interests include remote sensing, geographic information systems, cartography, and its applications in geography education. In addition, he is specialized in various tools used in geographical studies and research, such as Arc GIS, QGIS, IBM SPSS Statistics, Mendeley, etc. Mr Prakash has presented one research paper at an International Conference. His research papers and articles have been published in national and international journals and books.
