Mr. Adhikari is a State Aided College Teacher and HOD of Department of Education in Sankrail Anil Biswas Smriti Mahavidyalaya. He has passed B.A (Hons) in Education and M.A in Education. He has also passed B.Ed. He is a Ph.D Scholar in RKDF University, Ranchi. His research is based on his interest is on ICT & Women Education, Higher Education, Teacher Education and Education psychology. He is enriched with teaching experience of Three years Eight months in Sankrail Anil Biswas Smriti Mahavidyalaya. He has done 13 paper publications both in national and international-peer reviewed referred Journal, Research Papers, Book Chapters; 2 Research paper in UGC Care listed Journals. He also Published 4 Books. Also he has presented 14 above papers in state, national and international level seminars and conferences.
