Lincoln Kasturbhai Chauhan was born in the small village, Halvad of Morbi district in 1961. He has over three decades of teaching experience in the field of Physics. His area of interest is Solid-state Physics and Geophysics. He was working as a Head of the Physics Department at Shree D K V Arts & Science College, Jamnagar. He started B. Sc. (Geophysics) three years degree course at Shree D K V Arts & Science College, Jamnagar in 2009. Presently, he is associated with the teaching faculty of V. P. & R. P. T. P. Science College, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Before this, he was working as a lecturer in various Government Colleges in Gujarat state. Prof. Lincoln has published four books and research papers on Physics and Geophysics. Apart from this, he is an expert in painting; he has donated his canvas oil paintings to various institutes.
