Dr. Monica Dungarwal obtained her Masters Degree in Foods & Nutrition, Home Science from Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner, India. She obtained her Ph. D. Degree in Foods & Nutrition (2002) from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, Udaipur, India. She has vast teaching experience of 18 years and presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Home Science at Government Meera Girls College, Udaipur, Rajasthan. She has published 12 Research Papers in various National & International Journals of repute. She has also authored of one more book & one Practical manual .Three students are doing Ph. D. research work under the author guidance presently.
