Dr. Ashwinkumar Amrutlal Patel is an Assistant Professor at C. P. Patel & F. H. Shah Commerce College, DDU Kaushal Kendra, Department of Vocational Studies. He holds Bachelor of Commerce, Masters of Commerce, M.Phil and Ph.D. with specialization of Human Resource Management. He is also a qualified Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and Practices from The M. S. University.

He has 10 research papers presented in various National and International conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. His research interested areas are Human Resource Development and Entrepreneurship.
